  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored, create and distribute regular progress reports highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps.
  • Metrics, Process Scaling, and Opportunity Assessment: Develop clear mechanisms to track and report metrics, standardize scalable processes for growth initiatives, and build frameworks to help the team evaluate new product and marketing opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, maintain a risk register, and ensure effective risk communication and management

Required Skills:
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, especially when priorities shift rapidly.

  • Ability to collaborate with data science teams, navigate KPI/OKR frameworks, and utilize insight-driving tools to inform decisions and communicate results effectively.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in automating tasks, optimizing team workflows, and improving operational outcomes is a plus.
