Role Overview:
The Account Manager drives revenue growth and market share within a specific geographic area managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing regional sales strategies.
This role is vital for aligning local market needs with corporate objectives and provides justification through increased profitability, enhanced customer retention, and strategic market penetration. This position requires combining strategic planning with hands-on account
management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end sales pipeline for assigned regions and customer accounts.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within fashion/apparel and textile manufacturing.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative discovery sessions with prospective customers.
  • Drive revenue growth through license/subscription sales and strategi upsell opportunities
  • Develop account plans, forecast sales performance, and report progress to Sales Leadership.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and customer success to deliver successful POCs and onboarding.
  • Lead commercial proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, customer visits, webinars, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, metrics, and sales documentation for pipeline transparency
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to inform sales strategy and
  • product positioning
  • Build lasting customer relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and account expansion

Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3-7 years sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, ideally in CAD/3D/fashion technology.
  • Proven success achieving sales quotas and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of fashion, apparel development, and textile processes.
  • Experience delivering product demos and value-based sales presentations.
  • Skilled in negotiation, commercial structuring, and stakeholder management.
  • Confident working with C-level, design teams, technical users, and procurement.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, solution-selling, and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to forecast revenue and manage pipeline health.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer engagement and events
