The Peaceful Heart Mental Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote position. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still making a valuable impact on students’ lives across the school district. Our flexible scheduling includes options for evening and weekend hours to best meet the needs of our clients. Utilizing telecommunications technology, you will conduct remote therapy sessions that align with the convenience and accessibility our clients require.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, uncovering strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs are prioritized.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and school administrators—ensuring a cohesive approach to each student’s care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, developing safety plans and conducting risk assessments when necessary, especially in high-stress situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to track progress and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups tailored to students’ needs and experiences.

In this role, you will primarily work with students experiencing a range of mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress, all of which can significantly affect their academic performance and daily lives. Your efforts will not only focus on addressing current concerns but also on equipping students with coping strategies and resources for their future development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in working with youth or in educational environments.
• Strong understanding of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enhanced by a keen ability to assess and understand diverse client needs.

• Experience working in school settings or providing teletherapy services to adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and supports available to students and families is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
