Overview

The Account Management team is seeking an experienced account manager focused on display solutions to drive revenue optimization and performance across Minute’s portfolio. This role will focus on both our key display publishers to optimize and maximize performance.


The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-oriented professional with experience in providing operational insights and actionable optimizations in the digital media landscape. This role will be responsible for managing accounts primarily in North America and will require the individual to have flexible working hours to accommodate the timezones where our publishers are located. 


What You'll Do

  • Analyze revenue, supply, and demand patterns to provide data-driven yield-maximization recommendations.
  • Evaluate and optimize display config settings, including monetization across Minute ’s publisher partners.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting Display delivery, errors, and margin loss across the business.
  • Provide regular insights on publisher performance, pricing strategies, and ad setup efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with publishers, address reporting, billing cycle ownership, ad setup requests, and provide best-practice recommendations.

Requirements:

What You Have

  • 5+ years in digital media, revenue operations, AdOps, or media analysis. Experience at a publisher, agency, brand, or tech platform preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical field.
  • Experience in Account management for B2B publishers is an asset
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience with platforms like GAM, Prebid, and Amazon TAM is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with Ad Tech and BI teams to refine tools, create dashboards, and drive optimization efforts.

The expected salary range for this position is between CAD $120,000–$130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
