Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada

Rate: 60 to 67 CAD PH

Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong Agile and product delivery expertise to drive complex, enterprise-scale programs. This role supports strategic initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company, working across product, engineering, and architecture teams.

The position requires deep technical program management capability, strong stakeholder alignment, and the ability to drive execution while enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risk management, and dependency tracking
  • Establish and maintain program governance to ensure visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs
  • Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business priorities with technical constraints
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with clear updates on program health, risks, and outcomes
  • Enable Agile delivery by supporting self-organizing teams and fostering continuous improvement practices
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment and execution

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management within enterprise environments
  • Strong experience managing complex, end-to-end technical programs
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and working with product, engineering, and architecture teams
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and decision support
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and simplify complex systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
