What You'll Do Lead and manage large government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus on Naval programs. Serve as the forward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.

Apply expertise in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software. Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues. * Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader.

Develop issue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategies that ensure mission success. Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline (Master's preferred).

16+ years of progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+). 5+ years of logistics experience with a focus on DMSMS. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments. PMP certification strongly preferred. * Interim or Active Secret clearance required; Top Secreta plus.
