Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a Technical Program Manager 3 to support a portfolio of strategic network and technology initiatives. This position will partner with multiple teams and leaders, providing program management support across a variety of projects and priorities.
This role offers significant exposure across the organization and the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly adapt to changing priorities, bring structure to complex initiatives, and effectively communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
This position is based in the Philadelphia area and requires regular in-office presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with technical and business teams to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously, aligning execution with strategic objectives.
  • Drive planning activities, track milestones, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop status updates, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership audiences.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams.
  • Support program planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and operational readiness activities.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, operations, finance, and other partner teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Apply sound judgment and independent decision-making in matters of significance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2+ years of program, project, or technical program management experience.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to bring structure to complex workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and leadership audiences.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, status reporting, or program updates.
  • Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts, systems, and processes.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project and work management tools preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across multiple teams.
