Contracts Manager / Contracts Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Eastern Time)
Your expertise in contract management, cross-functional alignment, and process optimization will be highly valued.
Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or managing partner ecosystems within the telecommunications or technology sectors
 

- Lead the full lifecycle management of indirect channel contracts from drafting to execution and renewal
- Draft, issue, and manage formal agreements and official notices to external business partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals, ensuring contracts align with strategic goals
- Act as the primary resource for contract-related inquiries, delivering clear guidance to both internal and external partners
- Ensure consistency and compliance of contract templates in accordance with Legal guidance
- Oversee contract documentation and partner ecosystem integrity, supporting seamless cross-team operations

Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal roles with hands-on experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
- Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and priorities independently with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at navigating schedules, tracking deliverables, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet stringent deadlines
