We are seeking an IC3-level Technical Program Manager to join our 24/7 war room operations team. This role serves as a coordination hub between multiple teams and regions. Prospective team member must have an ability to digest strategic long-term goals into tactical actions. Ensure seamless communications by engaging with the right people, while ensuring everyone remains aligned on critical dates and deliverables. As part of a highly visible and business-critical program, the TPM will play a central role in maintaining momentum across global projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

Issue Management & Escalations

  • Act as a liaison by proactively engaging the right teams when issues arise; act with urgency and drive results.

  • Manage customer-reported issues, routing them quickly to the appropriate owners.

  • Serve as a point of escalation, enabling fast response and resolution.

  • Coordinate closely with teams for server/GPU-related turnover and escalations.

  • Engage technicians, facilitate GPU rack troubleshooting, and triage racks for next steps / testing opportunities.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Remain calm and succinctly provide executive-level updates.

  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain project velocity across multiple regions.

  • Drive communications across time zones to ensure continuity among all technical and program stakeholders.

  • Prioritize per-shift deliverables and disseminate information to all vendors.

Program Delivery & Process Improvement

  • Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within Abilene and future Stargate projects.

  • Operate within a rotation schedule to provide continuous war room coverage (days, nights, weekends).

  • Identify gaps in process and partner with teams to resolve. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Skilled communicator and organizer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines.

  • Calm under pressure with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes operations involving many moving parts.

  • Technical fluency in server and GPU rack deployments, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations.

  • Proactive program leader with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of driving results.

  • Extensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and other fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

  • Proven stakeholder manager adept at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse teams and functions.

  • Flexible and adaptable capable of working across time zones and evolving business priorities.

Work Environment

  • 24/7 coverage model (not expecting one individual to cover all hours; role will be rotation-based).

  • Remote-friendly, no requirement to be on-site or other project locations.

  • Multi-regional coordination across four time zones (US, Singapore, UAE, UK)

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally if business needs require.
