Job description


This is a Remote Role. In this role, you will impact the seamless execution and delivery of Amazon System Projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, efficient resource utilization, and effective risk management. Your leadership will contribute to strengthening customer relationships and enhancing Honeywell's reputation for excellence in program management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and coordinate Amazon System Projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project goals
  • Identify assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project health and performance
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard working hours as needed
  • Travel up to 50% as required

Qualifications
You Must Have
  • 10+ years of experience in programming or project management, preferably supporting large-scale construction or equipment retrofit projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies related to construction or equipment installation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $136,000 to $204,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $136,000 to $204,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This role is incentive eligible.
