Job description

Amazon Ads is one of the fastest-growing businesses at Amazon — and the GPS (Guidance, Personalization, and Security) team is at the center of how advertisers experience it. Join us in building AI-powered guidance and personalization for sellers, vendors, and offsite advertisers. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on GPS, you will drive programs that directly shape how millions of advertisers interact with the Amazon Ads console through agentic experiences, unified APIs, and whole-page personalization.
GPS enables partners across Amazon Ads to deliver recommendations, insights, alerts, and GenAI interactions to sellers, vendors, agencies, and creators worldwide. We provide the UX components, low-code delivery infrastructure, feedback mechanisms, telemetry, and security infrastructure that power the advertiser experience.

- Coordinate delivery of agentic and AI-native experiences that transform how advertisers discover insights, receive recommendations, and take action within the advertising console
- Manage complex migration and unification programs spanning multiple engineering teams, tracking dependencies, resolving blockers, and aligning stakeholders from VP-level strategy through engineering execution
- Drive security and access management programs that govern how internal and external users interact with advertiser accounts across multiple account types and provisioning systems
- Establish mechanisms to measure and improve team delivery velocity, including code review throughput, partner onboarding timelines, and feature launch cadence
- Align cross-organizational stakeholders on technical trade-offs, write strategic documents, and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Identify systemic operational risks — such as gaps in provisioning ownership or inconsistent API contracts — and drive them to resolution before they surface as escalations

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
