The Role
We're looking for a resilient, energetic, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing Austin-based sales team. This is a high-impact role for someone who sees SDR as a launching pad to an Account Executive position and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for Directors and VPs at senior living facilities across the country - introducing them to technology that genuinely improves lives. What You'll Do
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting - Make hundreds of calls weekly to decision-makers at senior living facilities and care providers
  • Target senior-level contacts - Engage Directors and VPs who care deeply about resident safety and operational excellence
  • Book qualified meetings - Set up discovery calls for our Account Executive team (with performance incentives for every meeting booked)
  • Work from smart lists - Leverage targeted prospect lists to maximize your efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate across GTM - Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Own your metrics - Track activity, conversion rates, and meeting quality with a focus on continuous improvement
