Key Responsibilities: Perform full life-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and fill positions effectively. Source candidates using a wide range of tools, including job boards, internal databases, social media, advertisements, and proactive outreach. Manage job postings, review resumes, schedule interviews, provide benefit information, and extend job offers.

Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and contribute recruiting updates. Maintain applicant profiles in SuccessFactors (HRIS). Develop creative sourcing strategies and share best practices across the team.

Evaluate candidates for skill and competency fit and ensure strong offer acceptance rates through effective communication and pre closing. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and partner across the organization to support business goals. Build and maintain talent pipelines through relationships with internal teams, external partners, and professional organizations.

What you need to have: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven success in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Experience using proactive sourcing methods (job boards, Boolean searches, CRM/ATS tools, career fairs, social media, etc.). Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office. Ability to participate in recruitment meetings and attend hiring/networking events.

Experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineers, technicians, software and cyber talent, and skilled trades. Bonus points for: Active engagement in digital and social recruiting. Ability to design and execute sourcing strategies for critical roles.

Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. Understanding of compliance requirements and talent acquisition processes. Technical industry knowledge and familiarity with relevant skill sets, companies, and talent communities.
