THE ROLE:
The ServiceNow Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of ServiceNow professionals to support Intact's consulting engagements. In addition to sourcing, this individual will conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, consulting fit, and (when applicable) security clearance status.
The ideal candidate has prior experience sourcing ServiceNow talent and understands the difference between product-based engineers and consultants who thrive in structured, client-facing environments.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:
Talent Sourcing
  • Proactively source ServiceNow professionals across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
  • Build pipelines for:
    • ServiceNow Developers
    • Solution / Platform Architects
    • Business Solution Consultants
    • Project Managers
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, ServiceNow community networks, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Map ServiceNow talent in the DMV and other strategic markets

Candidate Screening & Qualification
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate:
    • ServiceNow certifications and implementation lifecycle experience
    • Consulting and client-facing background
    • Experience in enterprise or federal environments
    • Security clearance status or eligibility (Public Trust, Secret, TS, etc.), when applicable
    • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Document screening notes and provide structured candidate summaries
  • Assess alignment with project requirements and consulting delivery expectations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on ServiceNow talent
  • 2+ years experience sourcing cleared candidates (TS/SCI) and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and certification paths
  • Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments
  • Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience supporting a ServiceNow Partner organization
  • Experience sourcing in the DMV market
