Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
The Treetop Full-Time Onsite
Location: Remote - Must reside in the USA
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the lives of children with autism. The Treetop provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, and in this role you will help build the teams that work directly with our kiddos every day.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from the administrative side by helping us find exceptional clinicians and behavior technicians who will support children and families in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our operations and scheduling teams to ensure we are hiring the right people to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the scheduling team to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
  • Create, manage, open, and close job postings across hiring platforms
  • Review applications and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
  • Schedule and book interviews with new applicants
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles
  • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Participate in community outreach efforts by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is highly organized, motivated, and excited to be a part of a mission-driven team.
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree completed (required) (Psychology/Social Work degree preferred but not required)
  • Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABA
  • Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated while collaborating as part of an in-office team
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting with people
