Talent Acquisition Associate-Jr. Recruiter (Early Careers and TA Operations)
Hybrid in Atlanta, GA, Red Bank, NJ or Remote (U.S.)
The Talent Acquisition Associate will support full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition operations with a strong focus on early careers hiring, candidate sourcing, and Greenhouse ATS/CRM support. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter who wants hands-on recruiting experience while building strong technical and operational skills within a growing Talent Acquisition team. At Jencap, our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business to hire great talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for early careers and underwriting support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and TA team members throughout the recruiting process.
  • Proactively source candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
  • Manage candidate communications, and support offer and hire processes.
  • Contribute to campus recruiting, early talent pipelines, and other recruiting activities.
  • Help deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Operations & Greenhouse Support
  • Support day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS/CRM.
  • Assist with job postings, system updates, reporting, and configuration.
  • Run recruiting reports and support TA data and process tracking.
  • Help troubleshoot ATS issues and support TA team members and hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding new Greenhouse users.
  • Support coordination between Greenhouse and HRIS (ADP).

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination.
  • ATS and/or CRM experience required. Greenhouse experience a plus.
  • Interest in early careers recruiting and sourcing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a desire to deliver a high level of service.
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and reports.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded. Jencap also offers a range of benefits and programs, based on eligibility, which currently include but are not limited to; comprehensive health care coverage, a 401k plan, and tuition reimbursement.
