Interact with different data sources, manage data refresh schedules. Also have the ability to upgrade and configure Tableau Server as required, as well as manage permissions, user onboarding/offboarding and content distribution.
Tableau Desktop: Create, publish and manage Tableau dashboards within segregated Dev/Test and Production level environments. Create predictive and prescriptive dashboards and reports based on customer requirements. Also be able to follow designated style guides used for content creation, including designing content to meet section 508 accessibility standards.
Erwin: Manage licenses and user onboarding/offboarding for Erwin Data Modeler, Mart Portal, and ER360. Maintain Mart Portal and ER360 server environments and perform upgrades as needed.
Primary Deliverables
• Tableau Server Maintenance and Support: Supporting and maintaining Tableau server updates on a regular cadence, ensuring system uptime and operations.
• Dashboard Creation: Create new content for key stakeholders and update existing content as needed.
