JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Remote Role seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience.
We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support while working closely with IT and automation teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
  • Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
  • Conduct ServiceNow instance upgrades and ensure platform stability
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, updates, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support
  • Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements and improvements

Skills:
Required Qualifications
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)
