Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph. 
Hours:
Wed-Sun, 2pm to 10pm 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
● May provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. 
● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. 
● Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. 
● Identify, investigate resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. 
Mandatory Skills:  
●*** IAT Level 1 Certified:
●Hardware experience
●Remote Assistance experience
●Remote desktop experience. 
Experience:
HS or GED and 15 yrs

BS and 10 yrs

Approximate salary range: $94,000-$104,600
