Summary
The Enterprise Admin I position will provide first level technical support, work directly with users to diagnose, and remedy their IT related problem. This position will also help research and implement systems needed as directed by the CTO The Enterprise Admin I role will utilize our internal IT support system to help organize and prioritize the workload and will have a high degree of interaction with internal customers. This position will receive guidance on project work and will follow defined departmental policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Setup and support of new workstations, laptops, networking hardware, desk and mobile phones, printers, video conferencing hardware, A/V equipment, etc

Business Application Installation/Support (CAD, ERP, Creative/Design Software, etc)

Tier I support issues with ERP Application (IFS)

Support ChromeOS Devices

Work with vendors to repair/replace/return computer equipment

Tier 1 system admin support (e.g. patching, etc.)

Automate manual processes to make a more efficient environment

Respond to email and phone calls regarding desktop and help desk requests from end users

Ability to travel to remote locations, including Harbor’s facilities approximately 2x per year

Other duties may be assigned at any time

Education and/or Experience

1 year of related experience or current College student pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field

Familiarity with Networking Fundamentals

Experience with email systems (Google Apps, Email Clients/Protocols)

Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, and/or other office computing tools
