The position is dedicated to research interviewing and survey data collection, with no sales responsibilities. Candidates should live within a reasonable travel distance of the Madison, WI office.


Your Role
Contact people by telephone, ask questions provided via a script, and record responses
Interviews will be conducted with household members and commercial businesses that involve interviewing a manager or department representative
Perform database or computer tasks in support of research surveys, such as conducting address or telephone number lookups using online resources


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to record data accurately is critical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to feel comfortable contacting individuals to participate in a research study
