We're hiring a top-performing Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives โ€” transitioning into a new career. This is a consultative, high-touch role โ€” part career advisor, part closer โ€” and we're looking for top 1% sales talent in the early-to-mid career range. Your Role As an Enrollment Advisor, you will act as a trusted guide for prospective students , helping them evaluate their goals, assess fit for the program, and confidently move forward with enrollment.

This is not transactional sales. We're looking for someone who can build trust quickly, lead thoughtful conversations, and guide candidates through a high-stakes decision , while still driving toward clear enrollment outcomes. You will own your pipeline end-to-end and play a key role in helping students take the next step in their careers.
