Key Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients
- Explain benefit options and answer client questions
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support
- Work collaboratively with mentors and leadership teams
- Attend virtual training sessions and coaching meetings
- Maintain professionalism and communication standards in a remote setting
