This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative video professional to shape high-performing ad content for a fast-scaling AI-driven health tech product with global reach. You will be responsible for producing short-form, performance-focused videos designed for major social platforms, helping drive user acquisition and engagement at scale. • Support modular creative development by building, testing, and remixing high-performing content elements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in video editing, motion design, or a similar creative production role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production, including video generation, animation, or editing automation.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to design conversion-oriented creative content.
  • Strong creative thinking with a modular, experimentation-driven approach to content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and self-organization skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and asset creation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong advantage: experience with fitness or wellness-related creative content and performance analytics.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours focused on results rather than working time.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and impact.
  • Opportunity to work on a globally successful AI-powered health and wellness product.
  • Open-minded, inclusive, and collaborative international team culture.
  • Strong creative freedom to experiment with AI tools and cutting-edge production technologies.
