Job Title: Communications Specialist (Remote)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication and training plans for the Client.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts.
  • Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.
  • Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
  • Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
  • Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
  • Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula

Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner.

  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.
