  • Maintain organized project structures, strictly adhering to established naming conventions, media workflows, and archiving protocols

  • Optimize exports for platform-specific technical specs, while maintaining the creative and editorial integrity of each piece

Who You Are
  • 4-8 years experience editing digital-first content, with a reel that demonstrates work on longform interviews, vertical video series, and sizzle reels

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and strong skills in After Effects

  • A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual polish, along with technical precision

  • Experience working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects with efficiency and creativity

  • Familiarity with third-party plugins (like Maxon) and openness to experimenting with AI tools for image generation is a plus

  • Deep understanding of social platforms and their respective optimization best practices

  • Genuine interest in contemporary pop culture, along with an appreciation for the diverse subject matter Complex covers-music, fashion, sports, sneakers, internet culture, and entertainment
