You’ll partner closely with the Senior Creative Media Director to produce engaging lifestyle, product, and marketing content that is both visually compelling and optimized for platform performance. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong technical editing skills, creative judgment, and the ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do

🎬 Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form and mid-length video content for social, paid media, and eCommerce
  • Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines and platform best practices
  • Craft pacing, storytelling, and visual flow to maximize engagement
  • Deliver high-quality edits under fast turnaround timelines

🎨 Color, Audio & Motion Graphics

  • Perform color correction and grading for visual consistency
  • Edit and mix audio for clarity and balance
  • Add motion graphics and visual enhancements as needed

🧩 Asset Integration & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with creative leadership on revisions and direction
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality standards

📁 Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization
  • Maintain clean file structures, version control, and asset management
  • Ensure timely exports and proper documentation of all deliverables

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently high-quality, on-brand video deliverables
  • On-time completion of all editing projects
  • Strong alignment with creative direction and performance goals
  • Efficient handling of multiple concurrent projects
  • Fast, effective response to feedback and revision cycles
  • Organized and reliable editing workflows and file management

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Strong portfolio in lifestyle, wellness, or product-focused content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and digital performance content
  • Ability to manage fast-turnaround, high-volume workflows
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with health, wellness, or consumer product brands
  • Familiarity with eCommerce content (Amazon, PDP, paid social ads)
  • Basic motion graphics or design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects)

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role combining remote editing with occasional onsite collaboration in Los Angeles. The environment is fast-paced, production-driven, and highly collaborative with frequent interaction across creative and marketing teams.
