Summary

Help
  • You will be responsible for the daily operations and procedures of the Family Housing Department and makes decisions on administrative matters in the absence of the Director.
  • You will contact, interact, and coordinate with division heads and other senior personnel outside the department on routine and complex matters.
  • You will prepare all personnel actions for the Family Housing Department and be responsible for ensuring actions are completed properly and in a timely manner.
  • You will prepare and submit the entire departments timesheets, utilizing the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA).
  • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating arrangements for the participation of base tours, briefings, and ceremonies for high-level officials including general and flag officers, congressional staff members and other visiting VIPs.
  • You will serve as the department's Approving Official/Certifying Officer for the Government Commercial
    Purchase Card (GCPC) program

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing standard office software programs to maintain, organize, and retrieve electronic and physical filing systems to support efficient administrative operations; preparing clear written materials, including reports, SOPs, briefs, and non-technical correspondence such as memos, emails, and meeting minutes.
