Through teaching, mentoring, and discipleship, Oversight FaithWorks will equip believers to grow in spiritual maturity, develop resilient leadership, and bring Kingdom transformation to every area of life.

Role Description Oversight FaithWorks is seeking a passionate, faith-driven leader to serve on our Board of Directors for a one-year term .

This is a part-time, remote, voluntary position offering a meaningful opportunity to shape the strategic direction, sustainability, and spiritual growth of our Christ-centered nonprofit. As a Board Member, you will play a vital role in guiding Oversight FaithWorks' mission and vision—providing wisdom, oversight, and spiritual leadership to help advance Kingdom impact through teaching, mentoring, and discipleship. Key Responsibilities Governance & Strategic Leadership: Participate in board meetings and decision-making to guide the organization's vision, strategy, and accountability.

Ensure all activities align with biblical principles, nonprofit best practices, and the mission of Oversight FaithWorks. Secretary Responsibilities: Record and maintain official meeting minutes, assist in preparing board documentation, and support administrative and compliance functions. Maintain clear and organized records that reflect board decisions and organizational progress.

Ministry & Organizational Development: Provide insight and direction on ministry initiatives, business operations, and community engagement to strengthen Oversight FaithWorks' programs and outreach. Fundraising & Development: Contribute to fundraising efforts, outreach, and donor relations to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization. Advocacy & Representation: Serve as an ambassador for Oversight FaithWorks, promoting awareness, partnerships, and community engagement in alignment with our mission and values.

Mission Alignment: Demonstrate a heart for discipleship and full alignment with Oversight FaithWorks' mission, vision, and core values—faith-rooted integrity, purposeful empowerment, Christ-centered community, servant leadership, and a legacy of transformation. Qualifications A personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and a demonstrated commitment to biblical values. Previous leadership, nonprofit, or ministry experience preferred.

Experience in strategic planning, governance, or organizational development. Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities rooted in integrity and humility. Willingness to engage in fundraising, outreach, and strategic discussions that advance Oversight FaithWorks' mission. Passion for faith-based leadership, personal development, and Kingdom impact.

Ability to attend board meetings virtually. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Ministry, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Term & Commitment Commitment: Estimated 4–6 hours per month, including meeting attendance and preparation.
