• Conduct thorough virtual assessments for clients, taking the time to understand their background, concerns, and therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement personalized care plans that reflect the individual goals and preferences of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide effective counseling sessions, adapting approaches based on client responses and progress.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and maintain a focused approach towards achieving these objectives.
• Facilitate accessible telehealth options that ensure all clients can receive care without barriers, thus promoting their mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client sessions, adhering to HIPAA standards and best practices for confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training programs, workshops, and supervision sessions, staying informed of the latest practices in mental health counseling.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management, who require compassionate guidance and support. You will be working with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions that resonate with their unique experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that enable effective client engagement and team collaboration.

We actively seek candidates who have experience with teletherapy, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Additional experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly valued. Furthermore, prior experience working with a diverse clientele is a significant advantage.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
