Flex Shopper & Delivery Driver
Consistent Hours. Full Benefits. Flexible Work.
This is not gig work.
Buncha is hiring full-time Flex Shopper & Delivery Drivers to support grocery shopping and delivery operations across the Twin Cities.
As a Flex team member, you'll support different aspects of Buncha's operations based on daily demand. Some days, you may focus on shopping orders in-store, while other days, you may spend more time driving and delivering customer orders.
We're looking for dependable, adaptable team members who are comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed most.
Pay & Benefits
  • Average earnings: $22-$28/hr (hourly pay + tips)

What You'll Do
  • Shop and stage grocery orders using the Buncha app
  • Deliver Buncha marketplace orders
  • Support different stores throughout the Twin Cities based on operational needs
  • Switch between shopping and driving responsibilities throughout the shift
  • Provide friendly, reliable customer service during deliveries
  • Help maintain smooth day-to-day store and delivery operations

Depending on daily operational needs, deliveries may be completed using either a Buncha refrigerated delivery van or your personal vehicle.
Store assignments are provided by our dispatch team, and you may support multiple locations in a single day.

  • Prior grocery, retail, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred
