Barbur World Foods is seeking a motivated and dependable Produce Lead to help oversee the daily operations of our Produce Department. This position plays a key role in maintaining high-quality products, supporting team members, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily produce department operations including stocking, ordering, rotation, and merchandising
  • Maintain fresh, clean, and visually appealing produce displays
  • Assist with inventory management and minimizing product waste
  • Help supervise and support produce department team members
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product assistance
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are maintained
  • Assist with department organization and operational efficiency
Qualifications
