About this Role:

This Talent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and evaluating a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs across Global Business Recruiting supporting Executive Services, BTI, and Consulting. Sourcing strategies include mining online candidate databases, social media sites (such as LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean keyword searching, and analyzing market data to identify top talent. If you love the thrill of the hunt to match candidates with their next career opportunity, building rapport with passive and hard to find candidates, and thrive delivering on metrics- this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Source potential and passive candidates through direct applicant channels, Gartner's CRM, referrals, professional social media sites, extensive lead generation research and relationship building
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition
  • Utilize programmatic approach to engaged talent for open roles and building pipeline (campaign management)
  • Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through phone interviewing, trait assessments, and behavioral based interviewing
  • Develop and cultivate a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs
  • Build strong trust-based value add relationships with recruiters & hiring managers to understand business needs and alignment strategy
  • Conduct market mapping and market intelligence
  • Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills
  • Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus
  • Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new processes and strategies.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 57,000 USD - 79,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
