What Does a Remote Sourcer Do?

As a remote sourcer, your job is to work from home to help a business recruit the best candidates or talent during the hiring process. You may interview each candidate, assess their talent, and ultimately help the company make hiring decisions. Some aspects of this job depend on the company or industry. Nursing sourcers, for example, need to know what separates good nurses from bad nurses and determine how applicants are likely to perform under the pressure of a nursing job. A remote sourcer often works with HR departments to help evaluate the company's needs and corporate culture, both of which tend to have a significant impact on the final hiring decision.
