About CampusReel
CampusReel helps schools turn website traffic into enrolled students. Our thesis is simple: schools don't have a traffic problem, they have a conversion problem. We solve it with 360° virtual tours, website conversion overlays, and lead intelligence built specifically for admissions teams.
The Role
We're hiring an SDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline. You'll own outbound prospecting into admissions and enrollment leaders, book qualified discovery calls, and partner closely with the founders on messaging, targeting, and offer iteration. This is a high-ownership seat — you'll have direct input on which segments we go after and how we talk to them.
What You'll Do
- Run multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) into a defined list of target accounts
- Book qualified demos with Directors of Admissions, Enrollment VPs, and Heads of School
- Personalize outreach using enrollment data, website signals, and institutional context — not spray-and-pray
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with clean data, accurate stages, and disciplined follow-up
- Test messaging, subject lines, and sequences; report what's working and kill what isn't
- Attend relevant industry events and webinars to source and warm conversations
- Hand off qualified opportunities cleanly to AEs with full context
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market buyers
- Strong written communication — you can write a cold email that doesn't sound like a cold email
- Comfort with HubSpot, sequencing tools, and basic prospecting stack (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Coachable, competitive, and curious about the buyers you're calling on
- Bonus: experience selling to education or other relationship-driven verticals
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base + uncapped commission tied to qualified meetings and sourced pipeline
- Equity in an early-stage company with real product-market fit signal
- Health, dental, vision
- Remote-first with optional in-person time
- Direct access to founders and a short feedback loop on everything you do
