Utilizing secure telehealth platforms, our counselors conduct sessions from their home offices, combining efficient communication tools with video capabilities to ensure a high level of client care and confidentiality.

• Execute virtual counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, providing compassionate support and guidance.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tools to meet each client’s unique goals.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance therapeutic outcomes efficiently.

• Foster collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including timely referrals to other specialists when required.

• Ensure all telehealth sessions maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics, adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management. This varied clientele presents a unique opportunity to employ your skills and expertise in addressing multiple issues, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each client effectively.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Washington state is mandatory.

• Proven experience delivering virtual counseling services is essential, ensuring familiarity with telehealth best practices.

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and a commitment to thorough documentation and reporting.

• A compassionate and empathetic disposition, along with a strong commitment to client-centered care and well-being.

• A well-equipped home office setup, including reliable internet access, phone, and video capabilities, is necessary to facilitate seamless remote sessions.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Experience with a wide range of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software is highly advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive compensation in the mental health sector.
