Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific mental health challenges.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards to ensure client confidentiality and uphold the integrity of our practice.
  • Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and physical health needs of clients.
  • Participate in regular case discussions and peer review sessions aimed at refining treatment methodologies, exploring new techniques, and sharing progress with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications
