• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific mental health challenges.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards to ensure client confidentiality and uphold the integrity of our practice.
• Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and physical health needs of clients.
• Participate in regular case discussions and peer review sessions aimed at refining treatment methodologies, exploring new techniques, and sharing progress with colleagues to enhance overall service delivery.
• Provide education and support not only to clients but also to their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and how to access community resources effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health to continually refine your practice and ensure clients receive state-of-the-art care.

Your client base will encompass a diverse array of individuals, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients often seek out our services as a first step toward recovery, and your role will be key in facilitating their journey to improved mental health and quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license to practice as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in utilizing solution-focused techniques and evidence-based interventions that cater to the individual treatment plans of clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting trust and openness.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities that enable you to navigate challenging situations and guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset that values teamwork and the diverse perspectives of colleagues in a multi-disciplinary care environment.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly in a telehealth context, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with mental health software for documentation and record-keeping, with a preference for experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
