Key Responsibilities

As an LPC at Harmony Reach Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and determine the appropriate time for discharge if necessary.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

  • Performing intake assessments to evaluate client needs and create initial treatment strategies.
  • Engaging in one-on-one supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
