• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to clients with various mental health conditions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s specific needs and goals.
• Lead therapy sessions in a range of formats, including individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting approaches based on the therapy modality best suited to the client's requirements.
• Actively collaborate with clients to set achievable goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date to support effective case management.
• Utilize our user-friendly practice management software to manage client scheduling, document session notes, and streamline communication.

You will work with a diverse population representing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Our clients often encounter challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will be to provide a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings while guiding them towards positive change and enhanced well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure to practice independently as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting working with similar populations or specialized training in therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.
