• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building meaningful relationships that promote trust and effective therapy.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather vital information about clients’ mental health histories and current challenges.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Participate in clinical supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to optimize client care.
• Adopt a growth mindset to continually improve therapeutic techniques and personal professional competencies.

Our practice serves a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook), RMS systems, and other relevant practice management systems.
• Experience conducting thorough intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to various client populations.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desired.
• Experience working with a diverse range of patients, including those from marginalized communities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques related to mental health counseling.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures guaranteed rates are paid ahead of collections, providing financial stability. Additional benefits include:
