Vibrant Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full-time remote position within our Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments and established social work methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, ensuring timely interventions that support emotional, social, and behavioral health.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical notes and patient progress, in adherence to departmental policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
