Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices and techniques to assess clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans that adhere to clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, including detailed clinical notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing effective problem-solving skills and therapeutic techniques to address immediate concerns.
  • Facilitate family involvement in the treatment process, coordinating with families and support networks to ensure robust discharge planning and continuity of care.
  • Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices, legislation, and trends within the mental health field to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and ongoing professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Therapist at Vibrant Behavioral Healthcare, you will engage with a variety of clients presenting with an array of emotional and behavioral challenges. This population includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family issues. Our focus is on providing personalized care that is responsive to cultural, social, and individual differences, fostering long-lasting therapeutic relationships that empower clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required to practice in Washington.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, with a solid foundation in therapy techniques and client management.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite, allowing for efficient practice management and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with co-occurring disorders, will be viewed favorably.
  • Knowledge of community resources and the ability to engage clients in utilizing those resources effectively.
  • Previous experience in crisis intervention is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, and generous paid time off.
