Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately understand clients' concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and outline effective treatment plans tailored to individualized needs.
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing well-established evidence-based modalities suited to each client's unique journey.
  • Administer crisis intervention strategies to support clients during acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and immediate needs are effectively addressed.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that comply with ethical and legal standards, including detailed treatment plans, session notes, and progress evaluations.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure that clients receive comprehensive support.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through continued education and training to stay informed of best practices and evolving methodologies in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, encompassing a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, navigate their unique challenges. The diversity of our clientele enriches our therapeutic approach, allowing for personalized care that addresses the specific cultural and contextual factors affecting their mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is essential.
  • Strong clinical assessment capabilities along with diagnostic proficiency to accurately identify mental health conditions.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client relationships and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards, ensuring the highest level of care for clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, although not mandatory for entry-level roles.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We are also proud to provide a sign-on bonus for new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as generous paid time off and holiday offerings.
