Position Overview

Directions Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will provide virtual counseling services to a diverse client base, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care that fosters healing and growth.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and autonomy for our counselors to shape their practices according to their professional styles and personal needs. You will work from the comfort of your home, interacting with clients through secure telehealth platforms that prioritize confidentiality and privacy. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Virtual Counseling: Provide engaging virtual sessions for a varied client demographic, ensuring effectiveness and empathy are at the forefront.

• Conduct Individual Counseling: Facilitate therapy sessions for adult clients addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, stress management, and midlife transitions.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize Telehealth Technologies: Navigate secure telehealth platforms for delivering sessions while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and comfort for clients.

• Monitor Client Progress: Keep track of client developments, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining ongoing support to help them reach their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and facilitate referrals to other specialists when beneficial for the clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on varied client presentations, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. This role allows you to work with clients navigating a range of mental health issues, enabling you to make a profound impact on their lives through tailored, client-centric care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering mental health counseling services, particularly in a virtual setting.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care, prioritizing their well-being and therapeutic progress.

• A well-equipped home office setup, including reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of clinical issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and telehealth platforms.

• Strong ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, bolstered by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, sick pay, life insurance, and profit-sharing opportunities.
