• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess a full and active state license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no provisional licenses accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for effectively connecting with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and computer software is necessary to navigate our therapy platform efficiently.
