Role Summary:
We are seeking a Delivery Lead / Service Delivery Manager with a strong Java delivery background to manage end-to-end delivery of Java-based resources and engagements. The role focuses on resource delivery, client management, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE resources and projects
Lead and manage Java development teams and resource pools
Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and utilization
Act as primary client contacts and handle delivery escalations
Coordinate with recruitment for timely onboarding of Java resources
Track delivery metrics, risks, and continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Manager
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
Experience in IT services or staffing delivery models preferred
