Overview

EUA is seeking an experienced and innovative BIM & Digital Delivery Manager to join our Design Technology team. This role is responsible for advancing BIM excellence across the firm through project support, standards development, training, and technology leadership.

The BIM & Digital Delivery Manager partners with project teams, practice leaders, and technical staff to improve project delivery through effective use of BIM, digital workflows, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep Revit expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for evaluating new solutions, including automation and AI, that can enhance design, coordination, and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

BIM & Project Delivery

  • Serve as a firmwide resource for BIM and digital delivery best practices.
  • Support project teams with model setup, coordination, troubleshooting, and quality reviews.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings and advise teams on BIM workflows, standards, and technology solutions.
  • Review models and design content to promote consistency, efficiency, and technical excellence.
  • Develop and manage digital delivery workflows that transform BIM data into accessible, actionable information for project teams, firm operations, and client-facing services.

Standards & Technology Leadership

  • Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, content libraries, and best practices.
  • Create and manage Revit content, and digital delivery workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and technical documentation.
  • Support software evaluations, licensing, and technology planning initiatives.

Innovation & Emerging Technology

  • Research and evaluate new technologies that improve project delivery and staff productivity.
  • Explore applications of automation, data analytics, visualization, and artificial intelligence within AEC workflows.
  • Pilot and implement practical technology solutions that deliver measurable value to project teams and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and help position EUA as a leader in digital practice and innovation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates degree or higher and proven BIM experience within an AEC environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM project delivery workflows.
  • Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple offices and disciplines.

Preferred

  • Experience with Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Dynamo, SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing BIM standards, content, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging digital delivery technologies.
  • Experience with visualization, virtual reality, or building performance analysis.
