Job Description
The IT Manager is resposible for all areas of ACD's computing and data services environments. This includes hardware and software administration of servers, desktops, networking, security, e-mail, and communications for all ACD sites. The IT Manager has one direct report, a Support Specialist.
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and support the following systems:
    • The Windows server infrastructure
    • Sage X3 ERP system and related integration, automation, and reporting systems
    • ACD's Magento-based e-commerce site and the integration Sage X3
    • Windows desktops including Microsoft Office 365
    • Hybrid Exchange/365 email system
    • Mitel VOIP system
  • Maintain various support contracts, internet domain renewals, and systems licenses.
  • Provide guidance and research on projects as directed.
  • Attend meetings and work with other departments to move projects forward.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years in an IT leadership role.
  • A minimum of three years supporting an ERP system, preferably Sage X3
  • Experience administering:
    • Server hardware and management software, RAID and NAS systems.
    • Windows Server 2012 R2 - 2016, including Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Group Policy
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
    • Microsoft Exchange 365 Hybrid
    • Microsoft Office 2016 or higher
    • Cisco routers, VPN, and managed switches
    • Mitel or other VOIP system
  • Some development experience in ASP.Net and VB.Net a plus
  • Experience with EDI a plus
