Delivery Manager
Location: Remote - US Work Model: Remote
About the Role
The Delivery Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a small or moderately complex product line or work stream. This role partners with Product Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that delivery plans are well-defined, progress is transparent, and outcomes are achieved predictably and with quality. The Delivery Manager leverages Agile and DevOps principles to drive delivery excellence, foster collaboration, and enable continuous improvement across teams.
Here's What You'll Do
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide delivery insights - including capacity, predictability, and risk - that support the creation of realistic delivery plans aligned to business goals; maintain delivery alignment by monitoring team commitments and reinforcing focus on intended outcomes
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and impediments; facilitate resolution and escalate when needed to protect delivery outcomes while surfacing dependencies early to ensure cross-team alignment
  • Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes through structured reporting and stakeholder communication; partner with Product leadership to align backlog priorities with delivery capacity and drive accountability for results
  • Ensure delivery activities align to required SDLC quality, security, and compliance standards by providing visibility, coordination, and readiness checks that support efficient and predictable delivery
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements that increase predictability, quality, and team engagement
  • Encourage a culture of ownership, transparency, and results within the delivery organization; facilitate cross-team alignment discussions related to dependencies, risks, and delivery plans

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated experience leading delivery in a software or technology environment; Agile certification(s) and/or proven experience in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps delivery models with working knowledge of SDLC and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage leadership and stakeholders at all levels; demonstrated proficiency in facilitation and driving alignment across teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing delivery scope, dependencies, and timelines; ability to define and refine the release process from planning through software distribution
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight; strong attention to detail with the ability to translate goals into new ideas and practical delivery solutions
