Job description

ERP Suites is seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of client engagements from initial discovery through project completion. This role is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and at the quality standards our clients expect.
As a Program Manager, you will serve as the primary owner of multiple client projects simultaneously. You'll partner with sales and consulting teams during the proposal and planning phases, establish realistic project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively manage risks, and build trusted relationships with clients throughout each engagement.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving accountability, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the complete project lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, proposal support, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and project closeout.
  • Partner with leadership and consulting teams to define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Coordinate internal consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
  • Identify potential issues early, proactively develop mitigation plans, and escalate risks when appropriate.
  • Manage scope changes, prioritize competing demands, and maintain alignment between business objectives and project execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
About You:
You naturally take ownership of your work and feel personally accountable for delivering successful outcomes. You are organized, proactive, and thrive in environments where priorities shift and multiple projects compete for attention.
You enjoy building relationships with clients, solving complex problems, and keeping teams aligned toward common goals. Rather than waiting for direction, you anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and take initiative to keep projects moving forward.
Whether you're an experienced Program Manager or a strong individual contributor ready to transition into project leadership, we're looking for someone who is eager to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to identify project risks, prioritize effectively, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing ERP or enterprise software implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Background in consulting or professional services.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required. ERP Suites supports professional development and is willing to contribute toward certification for the right candidate.
