Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients as they work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

This position is well suited for an LICSW who enjoys meaningful one-on-one clinical work, clear documentation, and helping clients access care from the privacy and convenience of their own space.

Location: Massachusetts
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client's goals, symptoms, and needs
