As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Providing individual psychotherapy tailored to the specific mental health concerns related to substance abuse.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation that reflects patient progress and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Engaging in ongoing research to remain informed of the latest developments and integrate effective practices into your clinical work.

The patients you will serve are diverse, including individuals facing various challenges related to substance use and mental health concerns. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working specifically with individuals facing substance abuse issues.
• Strong understanding of solution-based interventions and best practices in clinical social work.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration.

North Bay Social Work offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
