• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and diligently track progress throughout the treatment journey to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy for clients seeking virtual support, ensuring accessibility while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to integrity and professionalism in practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and clinical skills, including attending workshops and networking with other mental health professionals.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. • Must possess a current and valid licensure from the state, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for establishing a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a respectful attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery is advantageous.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children and adolescents, is a plus.
