Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and diligently track progress throughout the treatment journey to optimize outcomes.
  • Facilitate teletherapy for clients seeking virtual support, ensuring accessibility while maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to integrity and professionalism in practice.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and clinical skills, including attending workshops and networking with other mental health professionals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current and valid licensure from the state, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a respectful attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery is advantageous.
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as children and adolescents, is a plus.
