We are searching for an Associate Shopper Insights Manager to join our team. This position is remote.


Your Role:

As an Associate Shopper Insights Manager, you will provide support to Category Management and Sales teams by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable shopper and category insights through analysis, reporting, and storytelling.
The role is designed to build foundational capabilities in category knowledge, analytical rigor, project management, and communication, with developing exposure to retailer-facing work and increasing ownership over defined scopes of work.

  • Support Category Management and Sales teams by delivering shopper and category insights using internal data, retailer data, syndicated sources, and external resources.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and insight development that informs business decisions related to shopper behavior, category performance, and industry trends.
  • Partner closely with Category and Sales teams to support insight needs tied to business questions, presentations, and retailer deliverables.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and learnings within data and surface implications and opportunities to Category and Sales leaders for consideration.
  • Support special shopper or category insights projects, contributing analysis, reporting, and synthesis under the direction of more senior team members.
  • Facilitate the automation, standardization, and improvement of reporting within existing data and reporting tools (e.g., Circana, NIQ, retailer portals, Mintel) to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support retailer-facing work primarily through reporting, analysis, and presentation development, with developing exposure to retailer interactions as skills progress.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across Shopper Insights and Category Management teams,

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business or analytics field
  • 2+ years of experience in Shopper/Consumer Insights, Category Management, or Analytics within a CPG, brokerage, or similar environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with syndicated data such as Nielsen, Symphony, Circana/IRI
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Selfdirected, curious, and open to feedback; demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and integrity
